| 摘 要： | 目的观察敛肺止咳饮对于肺间质纤维化的治疗效果。方法对于43例肺纤维化患者，给予口服中汤药敛肺止咳饮，4周为1疗程，3个疗程后观察疗效。结果43例中，显效8例，占18．60％；有效27例，占62．79％；无效8例，占18．60％；总有效率为81．37％。结论敛肺止咳饮对于肺间质纤维化的治疗具有比较明显的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of Lian Fei Zhi Ke decoction in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. Methods 43 patients with pulmonary fibrosis were given Lian Fei Zhi Ke decoction, 4 weeks as a treatment course. The efficacy was observed after 3treatment courses. Results Among the 43 cases, 8 cases had significant effect, accounted for 18.6 % ; 27 cases had some effect, accounted for 62.79 % ; 8 cases had no effect, accounted for 18.6 % ; the total effective rate was 81.37 % Conclusion Lian Fei Zhi Ke decoction has an obvious effect on pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. oction |
