ATP酶阳性Langerhans细胞在人食管癌发生中的形态学和定量学观察

摘    要:
本文采用ATP酶细胞化学方法观察了20例人食管癌标本中正常上皮、不典型增生上皮、原位癌以及鳞状细胞癌中Langerhans细胞的形态和分布。发现在粘膜的不同病变及癌的不同时期,Langerhans细胞的数量各不相同,在不典型增生上皮内其数量最少(P<0.01),而在早期癌内其数量明显增多(P<0.05)。在正常上皮内多为具有长突起的Langerhans细胞,而在不典型增生上皮及癌灶内,形体较小,具有短突起的Langerhans细胞占优势。同时采用计算机图象分析系统分析了上皮舖片中Langerhans细胞的变化,测定了细胞周长、面积及形状指数等参数。结果提示Langerhans细胞可能参与人食管癌形成过程中的免疫反应。

Abstract:
Using ATPase enzymocytochemical method. we observed on 20 specimens of esophageal carcinoma the morphology and distribution of ATPase positive Langerhans cells in normal epithelia, atypical hyperplastic epithelia, early carcinoma and invasive carcinoma, We found that the number of Langerhans cells was obviously different in various lesions of mucosa and various grades of carcinoma. In the atypical hyperplastic epithelia, the number of Langerhans cells was the fewest(P<0.01). But in the early carcinoma, the number of Langerhans cells increased evidently(P<0.05). In the normal epithelia, a lot of Langerhans cells possessed longer processes. However in the atypical hyperplastic epithelia and cancer foci, the Langerhans cells which presented smaller in size and possessed shorter processes were dominant. Meanwhile employing the computer image analysis system, we analysed the alteration of Langerhans cells and determined their perimeter, area and form factor on epithelial sheets. The result indicated that the Langerhans cells probably participated in the immune response of oncogenesis of esophagus.
