针刺联合氦氖激光对比针刺联合药物治疗小儿周围性面瘫的随机对照临床试验

目的]评估针刺联合氦氖激光与针药联合治疗小儿周围性面瘫疗效异同。方法]本研究将60例周围性面瘫患儿随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例。试验组患儿留针(主穴患侧阳白、太阳、丝竹空、攒竹、四白、颧髎、上关、下关、听宫、听会、颊车、地仓、翳风、牵正、水沟、迎香、承浆、对侧合谷),针刺入皮肤后,留针30 min;同时采用氦氖激光照射患侧面部,每个照射点位分别放置于阳白、太阳、听宫、四白、颧髎、下关、迎香、承浆穴位上,停留15 min;每日1次,连续治疗2个疗程,观察其疗效。对照组患儿在针刺基础上采用药物治疗,一般常规用药:口服维生素B1、维生素B6、甲钴胺片、地塞米松等。结果]试验组痊愈18例,显效7例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率为93.33%。对照组痊愈9例,显效6例,有效5例,无效10例,总有效率为66.67%。临床疗效两组间有统计学差异(P0.05)。试验组中有1例发生皮下小范围电灼伤,对照组中有5例出现皮疹。结论]针刺联合氦氖激光治疗小儿周围性面瘫优于针刺联合药物疗效,安全性更好。

A randomized controlled clinical trial of acupuncture combined with he-ne laser in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis in children

Objective] To evaluate the effect of acupuncture combined with he-ne laser and acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis in children.Methods] Using random number method, 60 cases of clinic patients randomly divided into trial group and control group, 30 cases in each group, experimental group with retaining needle (main point of affected side of Yangbai, Taiyang, Sizhukong, Cuanzhu, Sibai, Quanliao, Shangguan, Xiaguan, Tinggong, Tinghui, Jiache,Dicang, Yifeng, Qianzheng, Shuigou, Yingxiang, Chengjiang and two sides of Hegu), after the needle into the skin, keep pushing crossbow gas, retaining needle 30 minutes; At the same time, he-ne laser was used to illuminate the side part, and each irradiation point was placed in Yangbai, Taiyang, Tinggong, Sibai, Quanliao, Xiaguan,Yingxiang and Chengjiang, and stayed for 15 minutes. Continuous treatment once a day, 2 period of treatment, the curative effect was observed, the control group on the basis of acupuncture with medication, children usually routine medication:oral vitamin B1, vitamin B6, a cobalt amine, dexamethasone, etc.Results] The experimental group recovered 18 cases, 7 cases showed effect, 3 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93.33%. In the control group, 9cases were cured, 6 cases showed effect, 5 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 66.67%. There were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). One of the patients in the test group had a small subcutaneous electrical burn, and 5 cases in the control group had a rash.Conclusion] Acupuncture combined with he-ne laser is more effective in treating children with peripheral facial paralysis than acupuncture combined with drugs.
