大中专护生疼痛管理知识现状调查*

摘    要:
目的:了解大中专护生疼痛知识掌握情况,为下一步开展护理学专业课程疼痛护理学提供参考依据。方法:采用疼痛管理知识和态度的调查中文版问卷(Knowledge and Attitudes Survey Regarding Pain,KASRP),对我校365名实习前大中专护生(大专132名,中职233名)进行问卷调查。结果:护生对疼痛管理知识和态度调查问卷的平均答对率偏低(答对率(39.47%)),疼痛干预方面知识水平偏低,缺乏疼痛一般知识,对于患者疼痛描述存在不信任。但不同学历、疼痛经历,在校期间是否阅读疼痛书籍或期刊的学生得分率有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:深刻的疼痛经历、阅读可以提高护理大中专护生对疼痛认知,建议将疼痛护理学纳入护理学专业课程中,提高护生疼痛知识水平。

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate knowledge and attitudes regarding pain in junior-college and secondary vocational school so as to provide a reference for developing pain education. Methods: 365 nursing students (132 junior college nursing students and 233secondary vocational school nursing students) were investigated with the Chinese revision of knowledge and attitudes survey regarding pain (KASRP). Results: The mean correct rate of KASRP was low(39.47%). The students lacked pain knowledge, especially in the area of pain intervention, the general knowledge of pain, believing patients complain of pain. The correct rate of students with different educational backgrounds, pain experiences and students who read books or journals of pain in school were statistics difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Deep experiences and reading can improve the nursing students’ knowledge of pain. Pain nursing should be included in the nursing courses to improve the pain cognition level of nursing students.
