循证护理在人工全膝关节置换术术前功能训练中的应用效果观察

目的：观察循证护理在人工全膝关节置换术术前功能训练中的应用效果。方法：选择行人工全膝关节置换术患者99例，以接受术前循证护理者为观察组，接受常规术前护理者为对照组，对两组术前功能训练的依从性、术后关节功能恢复情况、术前功能训练护理满意度评分进行比较。结果：干预后观察组的术前功能训练依从性评分和膝关节功能评分均高于对照组，实施后护士及患者对术前功能训练护理满意度评分高于实施前（P＜0.05）。结论：采用循证护理对人工全膝关节置换术患者开展术前功能训练护理，可提高患者的术前功能训练依从性和术后关节功能恢复效果。

Application effect of localization evidence-based nursing in preoperative functional training for total knee arthroplasty

Objective: To observe the application of localization evidence-based nursing in preoperative functional training for total knee arthroplasty. Methods: 99 cases of total knee arthroplasty were chosen and divided into experimental group (based on localization adjustment nursing) and observation group (routine nursing). The compliance of function training, the score of knee function and the satisfaction rate of patient and nurses in the two groups were compared. Results: The compliance score and function scores in experimental group the satisfaction rate were significantly higher than that of the control group after the implementation(P<0.05). Conclusion: Using evidence-based nursing of preoperative localization adjustment on function training can significantly improve the compliance and recovery effect for total knee arthroplasty patients.
