91例儿童血清IGF1水平测定的临床研究

目的 监测身材矮小儿童血清胰岛素样生长因子1（IGF1）水平与生长激素（GH）水平，探讨是否可以通过测定IGF1水平来替代GH激发试验诊断生长激素缺乏症（GHD）；方法 对91例儿童进行空腹血清IGF1水平测定，并对61例矮小儿童进行清晨空腹及可乐定，精氨酸＋左旋多巴激发试验血清GH水平测定，将GHD儿童与正常健康儿童的IGF1水平进行对照分析；结果 GH缺乏的矮小儿童的血清IGF1明显低于正常对照组，GH不缺乏的矮小儿童的血清IGF1与正常对照组无显著差异。结论 血清IGF1水平与GH水平相关，可作为GH分泌正常与否的初筛指标。

The clinical study on the IGF1 level of serum of 91 children

objective The GH(growth hormone) level of serum and the GH provocation test have been used important indexes which is to judge whether the GH is deficient really in short stature children, our aim is to discuss whether by determining the IGF1(insulin like growth factor-l) of serum is as an index to diagnose GHD (growth hormone deficiency) in place of the GH provocation test. Methods The IGF1 level of serum in thirty-one normal children and sixty short stature children were observed. Simultaneously the sixty short stature children received the chonidine-arginine-L-dopa provocation test, the content of GH was determined in limosis and at 30?60?90minutes after administering the drug. Results the GH level of serum of the GH-deficiency short stature children is much lower than the normal children, and the GH level of serum of the Non-GH-deficiency short stature children is no difference from the normal children. Conclusions The IGF1 level of serum is correlated with the GH level, and it may be used as an index which can evaluate primarily whether the GH is normal.
