北京市四所医院护理人员艾滋病健康教育短时效果评价

本文报告了1995年11月在北京市四家医院,对122名护理人员进行预防艾滋病健康教育的效果,以知识水平和某些态度的转变作为评价即时效果的指标。结果表明:教育后较教育前护理人员知识均分提高18.7分,答题正确率提高幅度较大,教育效果十分显著。对健康教育主观要求及对AIDS患者的态度等方面均有较大转变,若照顾艾滋病患者82.5％以上的人准备采取防护措施。建议管理工作的重点应放在基础知识教育、专业技术培训和防护措施的具体落实上。

Effect Evaluation of Health Education on AIDS among the Nurses in Four Hospitals in Beijing

The effect of health education on AIDS prevention among 122 nurses in four hospitals in Beijing was reported in this paper, Knowledge level and change of attitude were regarded as indicators of effect evaluation. The results showed that to compare with the findings before health education, average score of knowledge among respondents after health education increased 18. 7. The correct rate of each question increased significantly; the subjective needs of health education and attitudes toward AIDS patients changed a lot. More than 82. 5% of the respondents would like to use preventive measures when they take care of AIDS patients. Therefore, the authors suggested that education on basic knowledge of AIDS, training on specific skills and implement in preventive measures in medical practice are the important aspacts in AIDS management.
