miR-155与肺部疾病的研究进展

微小RNA (microRNAs,miRNAs)是一类高度保守的短链非编码RNA,稳定存在于人体的各种体液中,通过碱基互补配对的方式识别靶mRNA,调控基因表达,参与细胞生长、分化、代谢、凋亡等多个生物学过程.microRNA-155(miR-155)作为miRNAs的重要成员之一,参与调控多种细胞功能,如造血、免疫应答、病毒感染、炎症反应等.大量的研究证明,miR-155在肺部疾病的发生、发展中起到了重要的作用.其通过调节靶向mRNA以及介导多种细胞因子的表达来参与如肺癌、哮喘、肺炎、肺结核、ALI及肺纤维化等肺部疾病的形成.本文就miR-155与肺部疾病关系的研究进展作进一步阐述,希望miR-155可以为肺部疾病的诊断及治疗提供新的方向.

Research advances on miR-155 in lung disease

MicroRNAs are a kind of highly conservative short chains of non-coding RNA,stably existing in various body fluids,which regulate expressions of genes and participate in biological processes in cell growth,differentiation,metabolism,apoptosis and others by identifing target mRNA in base complementary pairing way.As one of the important members of microRNAs,microRNA-155 (miR-155) participates in the regulation of a variety of cellular functions,such as hematopoiesis,immune response,virus infection,inflammation,etc.A large number of studies have shown that miR-155 plays an important part in the development of lung diseases,which participates in pathogenesis of lung diseases,such as lung cancer,asthma,pneumonia,tuberculosis,acute lung injury,pulmonary fibrosis and so on,by regulating the target mRNA and mediating the expressions of a variety of cytokines.The article illustrates further about the research progress of the relationship between miR-155 and lung diseases,and we hope that miR-155 can offer a new direction for diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases.
