PDCA循环在护士分层培训中的应用

目的 探讨PDCA循环在本院护士分层培训中的应用效果.方法 将2013年和2014年该院接受培训的护士作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,对照组护士采用传统的平台式培训模式,观察组护士运用PDCA循环法进行干预.比较两组护士"三基"理论知识考核合格率、密闭式静脉输液技术考核合格率、CPR技术及简易呼吸器应用技术考核合格率、除颤技术考核合格率、各层级护士核心能力平均分.结果 观察组护士"三基"理论知识考核合格率、密闭式静脉输液技术考核合格率、CPR技术及简易呼吸器应用技术考核合格率、除颤技术考核合格率均明显优于对照组,各层级护士的核心能力观察组显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 PDCA管理方法应用于护士培训工作,能明显提高护士的理论知识、操作技能和核心能力.

The application of PDCA cycle in the hierarchical training of the nurses

Objective To explore the effect of the application of PDCA cycle in the hierarchical training of the nurses in our hospital. Methods The nurses who were trained in the hospital in 2013 and 2014 were chosen as the re-search objects and were divided into control group and observation group. The nurses in the control group adopted the traditional platform training mode, and the observation group nurses were intervened by the PDCA cycle method. The pass rates of" sanki" theory knowledge, closed intravenous infusion technology, CPR skill and simple respirator appli-cation technology,defibrillation technology, and the average score of core capacity of nurses at different level were com-pared. Results The pass rates of" sanki" theory knowledge, closed intravenous infusion technology, CPR skill and simple respirator application technology, defibrillation technology of the observation group was all significantly higher than that of the control group. And the average score of core capacity of nurses at different level of the observation group was all significantly higher than that of the control group. And all these differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA management method applied to the nurse training work can significantly improve the nurses' theory knowledge, skills and core competencies.
