| 摘 要： | 近年来,国内外的一些专家、学者发现一类非编码RNA尤其是miRNA,与呼吸系统疾病、心血管系统疾病、肿瘤等多种疾病的发生、发展相关,且认为其可作为某些疾病诊断、治疗、预后等生物标记物,为某些疾病的研究提供了新的切入点.本文主要就miRNA与COPD关系的研究进展作一综述.

| Abstract: | In recent years,domestic and foreign experts and scholars have found a class of non-coding RNA,especially miRNA,was associated with the occurrence and development of various diseases such as respiratory diseases,cardiovascular diseases,tumors and so on.In addition,miRNA can be used as biomarkers of diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of certain diseases,which may provide a new starting point for the reaserch of some diseases.In this study,we mainly summarized the research progress of the relationship between miRNA and COPD. |
