| 摘 要： | IL-27可作为促炎和抗炎双重作用的细胞因子,以防止炎症对机体引起过度的组织损伤.COPD的发病机制尚未明确,许多实验证明IL-27与其发生、发展密切相关.对IL-27与COPD的相关性进行研究可以为疾病的临床诊治提供新的研究方向,本文就其研究进展作一综述.

| Abstract: | Interleukin-27 (IL-27) can be used as proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokine,in order to prevent the excessive inflammation in the body from causing tissue damage.The pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is not clear,many experiments have proved that IL-27 was related with COPD.A study of the correlation of IL-27 and COPD can provide a new direction for clinical diagnosis and treatment.The research progress is reviewed in this paper. |
