肿瘤专科护士培训需求的调查分析

目的 了解肿瘤相关科室护理人员对专科护士培训的需求,为合理设置肿瘤专科护士的培训形式与内容提供依据,为进一步探索肿瘤专科护士合理的培训方案做准备.方法 采用自行设计问卷的方法对2016年8~11月参加该省肿瘤专科护士培训班的71名护士进行问卷调查.结果 100.00%的学员认为肿瘤专科培训有必要,约50.00%的学员认为理论课程和临床实践各为1个月为宜;88.73%的学员倾向于多媒体授课, 98.59%的学员认为应在省级综合或者专科医院进行实践;50.00%的学员认为应轮转3个肿瘤相关科室,培训内容更注重临床实用性.结论 肿瘤专科护士培训意义重大,应尽快在专科护士的背景下建立一套特色化、完善的培训方案.

Investigation and analysis of training needs of oncology nurses

Objective To understand the training needs of the nursing staff in tumor-related departments, to provide references for setting up the training form and content of the nurse in tumor departments reasonably, and to pre-pare for the exploration of the rational training programme for oncology nurses. Methods A total of 71 nurses who par-ticipated in the training course of oncology nurses in the province from August to November 2016 were investigated by the self-designed questionnaire.Results 100.00% of the students believed that oncology training was necessary. About 50.00% of the students thought that theoretical courses and clinical practice were appropriate for one month. 88.73% of students tended to be given multimedia lessons, 98.59% of the students believed that practice should be done at pro-vincial or specialized hospitals. 50.00% of the students said they should rotate three tumor-related departments, scince the training was more clinical and practical. Conclusion The training for the oncology nurses is significant. A special training scheme should be established in the background of junior nurses as soon as possible.
