降压枕配合音乐疗法治疗老年高血压患者的临床疗效

目的 探讨中药降压枕配合音乐疗法对老年高血压患者的干预效果.方法 本研究采用随机对照的临床干预研究,将2014年7月~2015年4月入住该院心血管科符合纳入、排除标准的高血压患者90例根据随机数字表分为三组,其中常规治疗组患者30例行常规治疗,单纯药枕组患者30例使用中药降压枕,联合治疗组患者30例,使用中药降压枕治疗的在常规治疗的基础上根据辨证不同给予内含不同中药成分的降压枕,同时配合音乐疗法.观察并记录三组患者干预前后的血压,并评定三组患者血压改善的有效率.应用生活质量量表和复发率量表对患者的干预前后状况进行评定.结果 联合治疗组患者干预后与单纯药枕治疗组和常规治疗组的收缩压及舒张压比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);联合治疗组的血压改善总有效率为100%,单纯药枕组的总有效率为80%,常规治疗组的总有效率为63.3%,三组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且联合治疗组的有效率明显高于单纯药枕组及常规治疗组;干预后第9个月和第12个月,联合治疗组患者的生活质量及复发率评分均明显优于单纯药枕组及常规治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 中药高血压枕配合音乐疗法的治疗方式有明显的降压作用,且其总有效率高于单纯药枕治疗组及常规治疗组,可有效提高老年高血压患者的生活质量,降低其复发率.

Clinical curative effect of hypertension-relieving pillow combined with musicothera-py to cure for the aged high blood pressure patients

Objective To explore the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine hypertension-relieving pillow combined with musicotherapy to cure for the aged high blood pressure patients. Methods In this study, random-ized controlled clinical intervention study was used. 90 high blood pressure patients that met inclusion and exclusion standards received from July, 2014 to April, 2015 in the cardiovascular department of this hospital were divided into three groups according to random number table, of which 30 patients of conventional treatment group were proceeded with conventional treatment, 30 patients of pure medical pillow group had traditional Chinese medicine hypertension-re-lieving pillow and hypertension-relieving pillow containing different traditional Chinese medicine ingredients according to the dialectics based on the conventional treatment of traditional Chinese medicine hypertension-relieving pillow was used for 30 patients of combined treatment group with the combination of musicotherapy at the same time. The blood pressure of the patients of three groups was observed and recorded before and after intervention. In addition, the effective rate of blood improvement was evaluated for the patients of three groups. Moreover, life quality scale and recurrence rate scale were used to evaluate the state of patients before and after intervention. Results With regard to the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure difference of combined treatment group patients after intervention, pure medicine pillow treatment group and conventional treatment group, the difference had statistical significance (P<0. 05) . The total effective rate of the blood improvement of combined treatment group was 100%, the total effective rate of pure medicine pillow treat-ment group was 80%, and the total effective rate of conventional treatment group was 63. 3%. With regard to the com-parison of three groups, the difference had statistical significance ( P<0. 05 ) . In addition, the total effective rate of combined treatment group was significantly higher than pure medicine pillow group and conventional treatment group. 9 months and 12 months after intervention, the life quality and recurrence rate score of the patients of combined treatment patients were significantly superior to the pure medicine pillow group and conventional treatment group. The difference had statistical significance ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions The treatment mode of traditional Chinese medicine high blood pressure pillow combined with musicotherapy has significant pressure reducing effect. In addition, the total effective rate is higher than pure medicine pillow treatment and conventional treatment group, which can effectively improve the living quality and reduce recurrence rate for high blood pressure patients.
