心理一致感、家庭功能对脑外伤偏瘫患者伤残接受度的影响

目的 探讨心理一致感、家庭功能对脑外伤偏瘫患者伤残接受度(acceptance of disability,AOD)的影响.方法 采用一般资料问卷、伤残接受度量表、心理一致感量表和家庭关怀度指数问卷对96例脑外伤偏瘫患者进行调查.结果 患者的AOD得分为(72.85 ±13.46)分,其中85.42%的患者处于中、低度接受水平;Pearson相关分析显示,心理一致感、家庭功能与AOD呈正相关;分层回归分析显示,心理一致感、家庭功能是患者AOD的影响因素.结论 大部分脑外伤偏瘫患者的AOD有待提高,护理人员可从增强患者心理一致感和家庭功能的角度入手,制订措施提高其AOD.

Effects of sense of coherence and family function on acceptance of disability for cere-bral trauma patients with hemiplegic

Objective To explore the effects of sense of coherence and family function on acceptance of disa-bility (AOD) for cerebral trauma patients with hemiplegic.Methods A total of 96 cerebral trauma patients with hemi-plegic were investigated by a self-designed demographic questionnaire, Acceptance of Disability Scale, Sense of Coher-ence-13 and Family APGAR Index.Results The total score of AOD was (72.85 ±13.46), and 85.42% of the pa-tients showed a medium or low level.Pearson correlation analysis showed that sense of coherence and family function were positively correlated to AOD.Hierarchical regression analysis showed that sense of coherence and family function were the influencing factors of AOD.Conclusions The AOD of most cerebral trauma patients with hemiplegic must be improved, nursing staffs should formulate measures to improve AOD from the aspects of enhancing the sense of coher-ence and family function.
