泰安市居民心脑血管疾病死亡的分布特征分析

目的调查和分析泰安市大汶河流域居民2002-2004年心脑血管疾病死亡的分布特征。方法采用回顾性现况调查方法,对200余万居民进行全死因调查。全部死亡病例进行登记、填卡和死因推断;死亡者根本死因进行ICD-10编码。采用SPSS 13.0和Excel 2003软件对资料进行统计分析。结果调查地区居民心脑血管疾病累计死亡22 014人,占全部死亡数的49.8%;从45~岁组开始,死亡率随着年龄增长而持续升高;不同年龄段心脑血管疾病死因顺位列前3位的疾病各不相同,研究区和对照区男性居民标化死亡率分别为378.12/10万和338.93/10万,女性居民分别为308.86/10万和282.79/10万,男性显著高于女性。地区分布也表现出较大差异。结论本调查结果显示,该地区居民心脑血管疾病死亡的年龄、性别和地区分布差异较大,应根据分布特征开展针对性强的预防控制措施。

Distribution of death of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases among residents in Tai′an city

Objective To investigate the death distribution of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases among residents in Dawen River basin of Tai′an city during 2002-2004.Methods A retrospective investigation was conducted to investigate all causes of death among 2 million residents.The data of dead cases were registered and analyzed.The causes of death were classified with ICD-10.The data were analyzed with SPSS 13.0 and Excel 2003.Results A total of 22 014 persons died of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases during 2002-2004,accounting for 49.8% of all dead cases.The mortality increased with growing age.The top three diseases of death were different among patients with different ages.The standardized mortalities were 378.12/100 000 and 338.93/100 000 for males,and 308.86/100 000 and 282.79/100 000 for females respectively in study area and control area,and the rate was significantly higher for males than that for females.The distribution of death showed significant geographical differences.Conclusion The death of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases varied significantly by age,gender,and geographical distribution.Well-targeted prevention and control measures should be adopted.
