| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白细胞介素18（Interleukin18，IL-18）在尖锐湿疣患者组织中的表达及其意义。方法利用荧光定量聚合酶链反应法测定20例尖锐湿疣患者皮损和16例健康对照者皮肤中IL-18mRNA的定量表达及其临床意义。结果尖锐湿疣患者皮损中IL-18mRNA的表达明显低于健康对照者皮肤的表达（P〈0．01）。结论IL-18mRNA的表达下调可能与尖锐湿疣发生、发展有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To determine expression of interleukin 18（IL-18） in condyloma acuminatum patients. Methods Expression of IL-18 mRNA in 20 eondyloma acuminatum cases and 16 health controls were measured by fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction （FQ-PCR）. Results Expression of IL-18 mRNA in condyloma acuminatum paients was signifieantly lower than that in health control （P〈0.01）. Conclusions The low expression of IL-18 mRNA could play an important role in the development and process of condyloma acuminatum. |
