医患纠纷形成的原因分析及防范措施

医患纠纷的发生，不但降低了医院的经济效益和社会效益，最主要的是破坏了医患之间的和谐。本文分析了医患纠纷形成的原因，如有的医务工作者缺乏不断进步、学习的精神，对出现的新技术、新业务缺乏了解认识，有的医务工作者责任心不强，对患者敷衍，不顾患者的感受，与患者缺乏沟通以及法律意识淡薄等问题。为防止医患纠纷的发生，针对原因的形成，组织实施具体的防范措施，如医院成立维权办公室，敦促医务人员加强法律意识，改善服务态度、加强业务学习，提高技术水平、加强与患者沟通等，以减少和预防纠纷的发生，以此构建和谐医患关系，促进医院快速发展。

Analysis on Why Causing Medical Tangle and Prevention Countermeasures

The occurrence of medical tangle not only reduces economic benefit of hospital and social benefit, but also the most important is that it damages harmonious between doctors and patients. This paper analyzes the reasons why causing medical tangle, such as, lack of spirit of continual im- provement and learning from some medical staffs, lack of understanding about new technology and new business, lack of responsibility of some medical staffs regardless of patients＇ feeling being perfunctory to them, lack of communication with patients and faint legal consciousness and etc. Aiming at these reasons, it puts forward concrete prevention countermeasures, for example hospital establish safeguard right office, urging medical staffs to strengthen legal , improve their service attitude, strengthen professional learning, improve technical level and to strengthen communica- tion with patients for reducing and preventing the occurrence of tangle. Therefore it can create harmonious doctor- patient relationship for improving rapid development of hospital.
