孕早期绒毛膜细胞原位培养和染色体制备方法的初步研究

摘    要:目的:摸索建立一种快速简便的孕早期绒毛膜细胞原位培养和染色体制备方法。方法:对55例孕早期绒毛膜细胞酶消化解离后,进行原位培养和原位染色体制备。结果:建立了一种快速简便的孕早期绒毛膜原位培养和染色体制备方法,在55例孕早期绒毛膜细胞中,除3例因污染培养失败外,其余均获得成功,成功率达94.54%。结论:该方法成功率高、操作简便、培养时间短、细胞损耗小、染色体形态质量好,可供分析的染色体核型多,对异常胎儿能及早终止妊娠。

Abstract:Objective: To explore a method of efficient direct chromosome analysis and chorionic villus cultivation in first trimester pregnancy. Methods: Direct chromosome analysis and chorionic villus cultivation were done till 55 cases of enzyme determinated from chorionic villi samples. Results: A method of efficient direct chromosome analysis and chorionic villus cultivation was valuable. 55 cases (94.54%) was successful besides 3 cases failed because of being polluted. Conclusion: This method has many virtues such as simple operation, short cultivation time, better cells quality and chromosome morphology. It can provide a rapid and accurate diagnosis for abnormal fetus and termination of pregnancy in first trimester pregnancy.
