| Abstract: | A new modified steroid esterified with the cytotoxic moiety, p-[N,N-bis(2-chloroethyl)amino]phenyl-acetic acid, has been synthesized and tested for interaction with estrogen receptor and cytotoxic activity on the MCF-7 cell line. |
