多次玻璃渗透对氧化铝基底颜色的影响

目的：探讨多次玻璃渗透时Vita In-Ceram氧化铝基底颜色的影响及渗透后基底颜色相对稳定的渗透次数，为临床应用提供参考。方法：将厚度为1.5mm的圆盘状氧化铝试件30个分别玻璃渗透1-5次，应用美能达CR-321接触式色差计对试件的正反面进行颜色测定，采用CIE L*a*b色度系统和Chroma色度学软件进行分析。结果：受试试件在玻璃渗透前、后发生明显可见的颜色改变，随着渗透次数的增加L＊值增加，a*、b*值降低。渗透三次后，样本正、反面与比色板的色差值最小，处于临床可接受的范围。结论：玻璃料的渗透会改变In-Ceram基底的颜色，当玻璃料渗透第3次时，渗透次数之间的色度差相对较小且处于临床可接受的范围。

Effects of Repeated Infiltrating Firing on the Color of Alumina Substrate

Objective:To study the color change of different infiltrating firing on Vita In-Ceram Alumina substrate and to explore the relatively stable time.It can provide experience and basis for clinic.Methods:Thirty plateshaped aluminum oxid specimens with 1.5mm thickness were fabricated from In-Ceram Alumina material.Repeated infiltrating firing of substrates were measured on a CR-321 portable colorimeter.Using CIE L*a*b*system and CHROMA software.Results:All samples have great changes after infiltrating firing.The repeated infiltrating had increased the number of L*and decreased the number of a*and b*. The totalcolor differences between the third infiltrating and the shade guide is the smallest and in a clinical acceptance.Conclusions:Repeated infiltrating firing had changed the color of In-Ceram Alumina substrate. When it had infiltrated three time,the color would not changed clearly and in a clinical acceptance.
