尼美舒利治疗骨关节炎和类风湿关节炎的临床疗效

目的：了解尼美舒利治疗骨关节炎（ＯＡ）及类风湿关节炎（ＲＡ）的疗效及副作用。方法：尼美舒利组：ＯＡ和ＲＡ各３０例，予尼美舒利１００ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｂｉｄ；对照组：ＯＡ和ＲＡ各３０例，予双氯芬酸２５ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ，或萘普生２５０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｂｉｄ，观察４ｗｋ。结果：治疗前后２组病人各项临床指标均有明显改善；而实验室指标改善不明显（Ｐ＞０．０５）。２组总有效率分别是８８％和８５％，差别无显著意义；副作用发生率分别为３％和１３％，差别有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：尼美舒利抗炎镇痛疗效肯定，副作用较少，是一种安全性较佳的非甾体类消炎止痛药。

Clinical effects of nimesulide in treating osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis

AIM: To study the clinical effects and side effects of nimesulide in treating osteoarthiritis(OA) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA). METHODS: Sixty OA patients and sixty RA patients were randomly divided into two groups, nimesulide group (30 OA patients and 30 RA patients) received nimesulide 100 mg, po, bid, for 4 wk and control group (30 OA patients and 30 RA patients) were treated with diclofenac 25 mg, po, tid or naproxen 250 mg, po, bid for 4 wk. RESULTS: All clinical indexes were markedly improved (P<0.05 or 0.01), but laboratory indices not improved (P>0.05), after treatment. The total effective rates were 88% in nimesulied group, and 85% in control group. No significant difference existed between the two groups. The side effects were 3% in nimesulide group and 13% in control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: nimesulide is a safe nonsteroidal anti_inflammatory drug.
