门诊传染病患者健康教育需求调查与分析

目的 通过问卷调查,了解门诊传染病患者健康教育需求情况,更好地为传染病患者服务.方法 采用自行设计的传染病患者健康教育需求调查问卷对320例门诊传染病患者进行调查,由调查人员介绍调查目的 和要求,对调查项目逐一询问并填写.结果 传染病患者健康教育需求排列前5位的依次为传染病预防知识(57.19%)、所患传染病的传播途径(56.88%),合理的饮食及注意事项(56.56%),疾病诊治过程中的注意事项(56.56%),康复方法 及注意事项(55.94%).结论 传染病患者对疾病知识需求较普遍,对非疾病知识信息需求较低,医务人员应经常开展形式多样的健康教育和认知干预,重视这一易感染群体的预防工作,阻断传染病的传染,提高护士自身素质是实施传染病健康教育的保证.
