扶正排毒颗粒中小檗碱含量测定

摘    要:
目的:建立扶正排毒颗粒中小檗碱含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用DIONEXAc—claim@120C18柱(5tLm120A4.6mm×250mm);流动相为乙腈-0.05MKH2POt溶液(72:28);流速为1.0mL/min;检测波长为345nm。结果:在选定色谱条件下,小檗碱在0.1976~0.988μg范围内线性关系良好,样品平均回收率为100.9%,RSD值为1.09%(n=6)。结论:该方法测定简便,结果准确,适用于扶正排毒颗粒中小檗碱的含量测定。

Abstract:
Objective:To develop an HPLC methed for determination berberine in Fuzhengpaidu granula. Methods: A DIONEX Acclaim 120 C18 column(5μm 120A 4.6× 250mm)was used with acetonitrile -0.05M KH2PO4 (72 : 28)as the mobile phase, the detective wavelength was 345nm. Results: The good liner relationship was obtained under the optimum chromatographic conditions. The average recovery was 100.9 %, RSD was 1.09% (n= 6). Conclusion: The method is convenient and accurate. It is suitable for qulity control of berberine in Fuzhengpaidu granula.
