血脂康联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年高血压合并冠心病疗效观察

目的 探讨血脂康联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效.方法 按照随机原则将我院收治的高血压合并冠心病患者分为阿托伐他汀组（40例）与血脂康联合阿托伐他汀组（40例）,8周为一个疗程,其中阿托伐他汀组患者接受口服阿托伐他汀钙片（20 mg/次,1次/d）治疗;血脂康联合阿托伐他汀患者在上述基础上,加服血脂康胶囊（2粒/次,2次/d）.比较两组患者治疗前后的舒张压（DBP）、收缩压（SBP）、血脂指标包括血总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）以及低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）等指标的变化.结果 两组患者高血压治疗效果比较,血脂康联合阿托伐他汀组（70.00％）明显高于阿托伐他汀组（55.00％）,总有效率差异有统计学意义（x2=11.70,P＜0.05）,治疗后血脂指标的水平变化中,除HDL-C外,血脂康联合阿托伐他汀组明显优于阿托伐他汀组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 血脂康联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical effect of Xuezhikang combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease

Objective Investigate the clinical effect of Xuezhikang combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods Eighty patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease in our hospital from January to June in 2012 were enrolled in the study.According to the random principle,patients were divided into atorvastatin group （40 cases） and Xuezhikang combined with atorvastatin group （40 cases）,with 8 weeks as a treatment course.The patients of the atorvastatin group received oral atorvastatin calcium （20 mg once daily）,while those in Xuezhikang combined with atorvastatin group received Xuezhikang （2 pieces twice daily） on the basis of the atorvastatin group.All patients avoid taking other drugs affecting blood pressure and coronary heart disease and in the two weeks before treatment and during treatment.Diastolic blood pressure （DBP）,systolic blood pressure （SBP）,blood lipid parameters including total cholesterol （TC）,triglyceride （TG）,high density lipoprotein （HDL-C） and low density lipoprotein （LDL-C） and other indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in Xuezhikang combined with atorvastatin group （70.00%） was significantly higher than that in atorvastatin group （55.00%）,with statistically significnat difference between the two groups （x2=11.70,P〈0.05）.After treatment,the levels of the indicators detected in Xuezhikang combined with atorvastatin group were all significantly better than those in atorvastatin group （P〈0.05）,except for HDL-C.Conclusion Xuezhikang combined with atorvastatin has significant clinical effect in the treatment of elderly patients wit hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease,which is worthy of clinical application.
