机械通气治疗重度急性心源性肺水肿

摘    要:目的 评价机械通气治疗重度急性心源性肺水肿的疗效。方法 对 3 6例重度急性心源性肺水肿患者机械通气治疗前后临床表现及血气结果进行分析。结果  3 6例重度急性心源性肺水肿患者经机械通气治疗后缺氧症状明显好转 ,治疗后血气分析指标明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 机械通气是治疗重度急性心源性肺水肿的有效方法之一。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of mechanical ventilation in treating severe acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema.Methods Clinical manifestation and blood gas results were analyzed in 36 cases with severe acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema before and after mechanical ventilation treatment.Results After Mechanical ventilation, hypoxemia was improved quickly and blood gas index was improved remarkably as well (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusions Mechanical ventilation is an effective method for treating severe acute cardiogenic pulmpnary edema.
