大学毕业生职业取向与职业兴趣的吻合度研究

摘    要:目的探讨大学毕业生职业取向与职业兴趣的吻合情况。方法对湖南科技学院2010届501名大学本科毕业生进行职业取向、职业兴趣的抽样调查,对调查结果采用χ2检验,一维方差分析等统计方法进行分析。结果①该校大学毕业生职业取向总体差异极其显著(χ2=272.329,P<0.01),各职业取向类型按高低比例依次为:企业型(37.9%)、社会型(26.9%)、研究型(12.0%)、艺术型(15.2%)、常规型(5.2%)、现实型(2.8%)。另有不少学生以"创业"为职业取向类型;②除社会型职业兴趣得分无显著差异(F=2.232,P>0.05)外,各不同职业取向大学生在其他职业兴趣类型得分上均具有极其显著差异(P<0.01);③职业取向与职业兴趣的吻合情况有极其显著差异(χ2=51.7,P<0.01),吻合情况按比例高低依次为:完全不吻合组(76.2%)、基本吻合组(20.0%)、完全吻合组(4.0%)。结论受社会因素的影响,大学毕业生职业取向存在显著差异,且主要以企业型和社会型取向为主;职业取向与职业兴趣有较大差异,且两者的吻合度较低。

Abstract:Objective To investigate goodness of fit between professional orientation and professional interest of university graduates.Methods A survey was done on professional orientation and professional interest of 501 university graduates in Hunan University of Science and Engineering.The data was analyzed with χ2 test and one-way analysis of variance.Results ①Professional orientation showed extremely significant difference(χ2=272.329,P0.01).Various types of vocational orientation by high and low ratio was ranked as follows:company type(37.9%),community type(26.9%),research type(12.0%),artistic type(15.2%),conventionaltype(5.2%),reality-based type(2.8%);②The score on other professional interest of university graduates on different professional orientation showed significant difference(P0.01),except the score on professional interest of community-based(F=2.232,P0.05);③The goodness of fit between professional orientation and professional interest showed significant difference(χ2=51.7,P0.01).Followed by the proportion of high and low was fully unconsistent group(76.2%),almost consistent group(20.0%),fully consistent group(4.0%).Conclusion Professional orientation indicates significant differences of university graduates by the influence of social factors,specifically company type and community type;The career orientation of graduates shows extremely significant difference.The goodness of fit between professional orientation and professional interest of university graduates is low.
