| 摘 要： | 目的探讨静脉留置套管针采血对葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)的影响。方法采用自身对照法，对6名志愿者同时用常规静脉穿刺采血法和静脉留置套管针采血，分别抽取空腹及口服葡萄糖后30、60、120、180min的静脉血各30份，用葡萄糖氧化酶法检测血糖浓度。结果2种静脉采血法检测OGTT无差异(P>0.05)。结论静脉留置套管针采血做OGTT可以取代常规的5次静脉穿刺采血法，以减轻病人的痛苦。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of blood sampling with puncture trocar (INTIMA) indwelling in veins on oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT).Methods Six volunteers were drawn fasting venous blood with routine venipuncture,and at the same time,they were drawn blood after oral glucose for 30,60,120 and 180 min,respectively,with puncture trocar indwelling in veins.And the sugar concentration was measured with glucose oxidase.Results It showed no significance in measuring OGTT with the above-mentioned methods (P<0.05).Conclusions Blood sampling with puncture trocar indwelling in veins can replace routine venipuncture for 5 times,which can alleviate the patients' pain significantly. |
