前牙美容修复正畸治疗的临床应用

目的探讨正畸在前牙美容修复治疗中的临床应用。方法选取68例需美容修复的牙颌畸形的前牙缺失(损)患者为对象,首先正畸治疗,后行义齿修复。结果正畸修复治疗后,68例患者均恢复牙列完整性,牙列高度与解剖形态均良好,且患者在总体满意度还在是固定功能、美观程度、咀嚼功能、舒适程度以及语言功能等方面的满意度均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05),术后随访2⁶年,修复体稳定,基牙紧固,基牙龈缘无松动,患者非常满意。结论对伴有牙颌畸形的前牙缺失(损)的患者,先进行正畸治疗,可以降低修复难度,达到口腔美学修复的目的。

Conclusion For the patients withmalocclusion anterior teeth loss（loss）of the patients, the orthodontic treatment, can reduce the difficulty of repair, achieve aesthetic dentistrypurposes.
