护理干预对住院乙型肝炎患者焦虑、抑郁情况的影响分析

目的探讨护理干预对住院乙型肝炎患者焦虑、抑郁情况的影响。方法选择乙型肝炎住院患者74例,平均分为研究组与对照组。两组患者均给予常规护理,研究组在此基础上,给予针对性的心理护理干预。结果通过针对性护理干预后,两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分明显优于干预前(P<0.05);研究组患者焦虑、抑郁评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乙型肝炎患者在常规护理的基础上给予针对性心理护理干预可以有效改善焦虑、抑郁情况,保障患者的治疗质量。

Analysis of Nursing Intervention on Hospitalized Patients with Hepatitis B Anxiety and Depression Affect the Situation

Objective To investigate hepatitis B patients hospitalized nursing intervention on anxiety, depression and the impact of the situation. Methods 74 cases of hepatitis B hospitalized patients were divided into study group and control group. Two groups of patients were treated with routine care, the study group on this basis, to give targeted psychological care intervention. Results After the intervention through targeted treatments, anxiety and depression scores of patients were significantly better than before the intervention（P〈0.05）; anxiety and depression scores of the study group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hepatitis B patients in routine care on the basis of psychological care given to targeted interventions can effectively improve anxiety, depression circumstances to protect the quality of patient care.
