长江下游太湖流域47起副溶血性弧菌食物中毒流行病学特征分析

摘    要:目的掌握长江下游太湖流域地区副溶血性弧菌食物中毒的流行病学特点,对该类食物中毒的预防控制提供依据。方法对我市2004-2010年该地区发生的47起副溶血性弧菌食物中毒进行流行病学分析。结果 7年间共发生47起副溶血性弧菌食物中毒,占细菌性食物中毒总数的58.1%;高峰季节是7~9月份;发生地点以熟食卤菜店为主,中毒人数以集体食堂为多;中毒食物以凉拌菜、海水产品、未彻底加热的熟肉食品为主;中毒人群年龄、性别和职业无特异性;潜伏期平均12h;临床症状以腹痛、腹泻为主。结论副溶血性弧菌是长江下游太湖流域引起食物中毒的主要食源性致病菌,应在高温季节对熟食卤菜店和集体食堂做好预防该类食物中毒的关键控制点的健康教育工作。
