| Abstract: | It is usually a difficult thing for the plastic surgeon to treat the patients with scar constracture deformity of neck.We have treated 183 cases of this kind patients by means of full skin graft and achived good resuits Though the contraction of the skin grafts were unavoldable after the operation the tendative man- agomnet may be available during or after the operation. |
