广西毛南族人群3个短串联重复序列基因座遗传多态性

目的：调查广西毛南族人群3个短串联重复序列(STR)基因座CSF1PO、TPOX、TH01的遗传多态性,探讨广西毛南族人群的起源。方法：应用荧光标记STR基因扫描技术分析200名广西毛南族无关个体；计算等位基因频率、遗传距离,构建系统发生树。结果：3个STR位点共检出18种等位基因,其频率分布在0．0050～0．4525之间；平均杂合度为0．6850,平均多态信息总量为0．6408,累积个体识别力达0．9969,累积非父排除率达0．9282。广西毛南族与广西壮族、广西水族、海南黎族、云南傣族、云南布依族的遗传关系较近。结论：广西毛南族3个STR基因座属于高度多态性遗传标记,本研究结果佐证了广西毛南族可能起源于百越民族。

Polymorphisms of three short tandem repeats loci in Maonan nationality in Guangxi province

Objective:To investigate the polymorphisms of 3 short tandem repeats (STR) loci (CSF1PO,TPOX, TH01) in Maonan nationality in Guangxi province and to explore the origins of Maonan nationality.Methods: Totally 200 unrealated individuals were analyzed by STR genescanning marked with fluorescence.Allele frequen- cy and genetic distance were calculated and phylogenetic tree was constructed.Results:There were 18 STR allele in 3 STR of Maonan nationality with its frequencies ranging from 0.0050 to 0.452 5.The average heterozygosity was 0.685 0;polymorphism information content was 0.640 8;the total discrimination power was 0.996 9;the accumulative probability of paternity exclusion was 0.928 2.The genetic relationship between Maonan nationality and Zhuang,Shui nationality in Guangxi,Li nationality in Hainan and Dai,Bouyei nationality in Yurman was closer.Conclusion:The data obtained have high polymorphisms.The results help to prove that Maonan nationali- ty possibly originates from Baiyue minority.
