| 摘 要： | 目的: 观察AO动力髋螺钉 (DHS) 治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法:对使用DHS内固定治疗的 65例股骨粗隆间骨折的分类、手术方法、术后结果进行疗效分析。结果: 所有病例术后随访骨折均愈合, 髋关节功能优良率达 97%。结论: 动力髋螺钉内固定治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折疗效优良。只要操作规范、功能锻炼正确、负重时间掌握适当, 就可以减少各种并发症, 降低病残率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic function of DHS in treating the intertrochanter fracture of femur in old people.Method: The classification, operative approach and postoperative effects were assessed in the 65 cases of intertrochanteric fracture of femur treated with DHS.Result: The postoperative follow up study showed that all the cases had their fractures healed and the excellent rate of their hip joint function was up to 97 %.Conclusion: It is effective to treat intertrochanteric fracture with dynamic hip screw.The complication and disability rate could be decreased by normative operation, proper functional exercise and weight bearing at the suitable time. |
