老年白内障患者围手术期的护理干预

目的探讨护理干预在老年白内障患者围手术期的有效性。方法回顾性分析2011年4月至2012年8月在眼科接收的78例老年性白内障患者临床资料。结果在体现遵医行为的五个指标上,观察组与对照组对比差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。在术后并发症发生率对比上,经过全程护理干预后观察组术后并发症发生率仅为7.1%,远低于对照组的19.4%(P<0.05),说明全程护理干预能明显减少并发症,提高手术成功率。讨论在老年白内障患者围手术期实施护理干预可明显提高患者遵医性,提高手术实施率和成功率,减少并发症,建议从手术全程加强对患者的护理干预。

Nursing Intervention of Aging Cataract Patients in Perioperation Period

Objective To explore the nursing intervention on the aged cataract patients in peri operation period of validity. Methods A retrospective analysis from April to October 2009 201 years author＇s eye surgery received 78 cases clinical data of patients with senile cataract. Results Reflected in the behavior of medical compliance on five index, the observation group compared with the control group differences were evident, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ） . The incidence of postoperative complications contrast, after nursing intervention after observing the postoperative complication rate was only 7.1%, far lower than that of control group 19.4% （P 〈 0.05 ） , illustrate the whole-process nursing intervention can significantly reduce the complications, improve the success rate of operation. Conclusion On aged cataract patients during operation period nursing intervention can improve the compliance of patients, improve the operation rate and success rate, decrease the complications, recommendations from the operation process to strengthen the nursing intervention on patients with.
