| 摘 要： | 利用鼻内窥镜下筛前神经射频治疗常年性变应性鼻炎患者８８例，随访半年，结果显示近期疗效：显效７３例（８３．０％），有效１３例（１４．７％），无效２例（２．３％），总有效率达９７．７％。表明鼻内窥镜下筛前神经射频治疗常年性变应性鼻炎具有显著疗效，操作方便，治疗部位准确，无副作用等优点，有较好的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Eightyeight cases of allergic rhinitis were treated with anterior ethmoidal nerve radiofrequency under nasal endoscopy and followed up for 6 MonthsThe shortterm results showed marked effectiveness in 73 cases(830%),improvement in 13 cases(147%) and failure in 2 cases(23%)The overall effective rate was 977%It indicated that it is a choice for allergic rhinitis to apply anterior ethmoidal nerve radiofrequency under nasal endoscopy,which was a effective,simple,safe method |
