| 摘 要： | 目的探讨并优化原子荧光测定土壤中硒的前处理方法。方法分别用微波消解法和湿法消解法处理样品后,用原子荧光测定土壤中的硒。结果微波消解法测定硒的回收率为92.4%~98.2%,精密度(RSD)为0.86%;湿法消解法测定硒的回收率为81.8%~93.0%,精密度(RSD)为2.12%。结论用改进后的微波消解法处理样品更适合于土壤中硒的测定。
