| 摘 要： | 目的 观察高血脂大鼠早期血液流变特性的变化特点,探讨心肌缺血性损伤的发生机制.方法 给予72只SD大鼠高胆固醇+猪油+猪胆盐饲喂,建立高血脂大鼠模型即高脂组(HC),与普通饲料饲喂的36只SD大鼠即正常对照组(NC)相比较,饲喂10-90 d,每间隔10天为一取样时相点,测定9组高血脂大鼠的血脂、心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI)和血液流变特性指标,并观察心肌及冠脉血管的病理变化.结果 本实验模型主要表现为高胆固醇、高低密度脂蛋白血症(LDL),随高脂饲喂时间延长,血浆粘度逐渐升高,红细胞变形性下降.饲喂50 d后cTnI升高,病理提示大鼠心肌出现局灶性缺血性损伤,相关分析表明高血脂大鼠心肌缺血性损伤的发生与血高胆固醇、高LDL密切相关.结论 高胆固醇血症血液流变特性的异常改变,是早期心肌缺血性损伤发生的原因之一.
