| Abstract: | Glibenclamide tablets were prepared by direct powder compression with lactose(FlowLae 100) as glidant and microcrystalline cellulose as adsorbent.The content and related substances were determined by HPLC.The accelerated test showed that stability of the products was better than that of the tablets prepared by wet granulation. |
