连续性肾替代疗法在重症肾综合征出血热治疗中的应用

目的探讨连续性肾替代疗法治疗重症肾综合征出血热急性肾衰竭的疗效。方法将60例危重型肾综合征出血热伴急性肾衰竭患者分成治疗组34例和对照组26例，前者采用连续性肾替代治疗，后者采用传统血液透析治疗。观察两组治疗前、后肾功能情况及临床治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗前、后肾功能改变差异有显著性，治愈好转率达97．05％；对照组治疗前后肾功能差异亦有显著性，治愈好转率达69．23％。治疗组与对照组治愈好转率比较，差异有显著性。结论连续性肾替代疗法治疗重症肾综合征出血热伴急性肾衰竭安全有效，优于传统血液透析治疗。

Continuous renal replacement therapy for severe hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome

Objective To study the effect of continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) for the treatment of patients with acute renal failure of severe hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS). Methods Thirty four patients with acute renal failure of severe HFRS were treated by CRRT as CRRT group, 26 patients with the same disease were treated by hemodialysis (HD) as HD group, the renal function and curative effect were compared in two groups of patients between before and after treatment. Results Curative and effective rates are significant different between CRRT group ( 97.05% ) and HD group ( 69.23% ). There was significant difference in curative effect between CRRT group and HD group. Conclusion CRRT is effective and safe for patients with acute renal failure of severe HFRS, and is superior to HD therapy.
