摘    要:
目的:探讨Nd:YAG激光前囊膜光切术后眼压升高和角膜内皮损伤的发生机制,观察丹参和维生素E在其中的保护作用。方法:24兔(48只眼)随机分为4组,其中药物组激光手术前后应丹参和维生素E。观察兔眼Nd:YAG激光前囊膜光切术后2、12、24、48小时的眼压和角膜厚度变化以及房水丙丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量的改变。结果:激光术后眼压升高,角膜增厚、并伴随房水内MDA含量明显

The relation of the content of MDA in aqueous humor with the changes of intraocular pressure and corneal thickness after Nd:YAG laser anterior capsulotomy
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the mechanism of theintraocular pressure(IOP) rise and corneal endothelial damage after NdYAG laseranterior capsulotomy and observe the protective effect of using salva miltiorrhiza andvitamin E.Methods 24 rabbits(48 eyes) were divided randomly into four groups.Usingsalva miltiorrhiza and vitamin E befroe and after operation in the test groups.To observethe rabbit changes of IOP、the corneal thichness and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in aqueous 2hr,12hr,24hr,48hr after NdYAG laser anterior capsulotomy.ResultsTherise of IOP and increased corneal thickness took place after operation,depending uponthe (markedly increased)concentration of MDA in the apueous.The concentration of MDAwas not markedly increased in the test group,the IOP was not markedly rise and thecorneal thickness was not markedly increased.ConclusionsThe rise of IOP and increasedcorneal thichness after NdYAG laser anterior capsulotomy are related to the increase ofconcentration of MDA in the aqueous.Using salva miltiorrhiza and vitamin E before andafter operation can restrain lipid peroxide reaction in aqueous humor and reduce the injuyto the eye tissue by free radical.Using salva miltiorrhiza and vitamin E can effectivelyprevent the rise of IOP and corneal endothelial damage.
