| 调补天癸法治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血54例临床观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药西药分别治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果,寻求最佳治疗方法。方法:54例治疗组运用自拟调补天癸止血汤和调补天癸调经汤治疗;52例对照组运用雌孕激素序贯疗法治疗。结果:治疗组有效率90.1%,对照组有效率67.3%,2组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:调经天癸止血汤和调经天癸调经汤治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血疗效好,副作用小,不易复发,值得临床首选和推广。 |
