| 摘 要： | 目的总结瓦斯爆炸烧伤救治的经验教训。方法对1995—2004年我院140例瓦斯爆炸烧伤住院病人的治进行回顾性分析。结果140例患者治愈115例，死亡25例。治愈患者中lO人出现功能障碍。结论瓦斯爆炸烧伤患者病情急、伤情复杂，早期诊断，分组治疗，有利于提高患者存活率。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the rescue experience of 140 burn cases of gas explosion. Method a retrospective analysis of 140 burn cases of gas explosion at our hospital from 1995 to 2004 was made. Results 115 cases were healed, and dysfunction occurred in ten patients, while 25 cases died. Conclusion the state of the burn patients of gas explosion are emergent and the traumatic condition are complicated. Early diagnosis and group therapy are beneficial to improve the survival rate of the patients. |
