| 摘 要： | 本文总结我院肿瘤科近15年病理证实收住入院的705例乳癌，其中208例误诊，误诊率为29．5％。通过分析作者认为：要加强乳腺肿瘤的普查，提高妇女乳腺自查能力和警惕性，避免使用中医中药外敷、外涂，提高医务人员的临床基础诊断水平，杜绝采取局部肿块切除而不作病理切片。 |

| Abstract: | The paper reports that 208 cases have been misdiagnosed among 705 hospitalized patients with breastcancer indentified by pathological examination in recent fifteen years. The misdiagnositic rate is 29.5%.The auther believes that to avoid misdiagnosis it is necessary to strengthen mass survey for breast cancer.to enhance women's self- examining capabiligy and basic knowledge, to avoidexternal applicati of Chinese harbal medicine and not to amputate trmors without pathological section. |
