| Abstract: | It is important to fully understand that the role of the scientific research institutes in college is to serve research work of the colleges. However, these research institutes are endowed with more important social duty -education. By understanding this well, it can make those institutes better contribute to the teaching reform, scientific research reform and moral education of students. |
