中西医结合治疗慢性硬脑膜下血肿52例疗效观察

目的:观察在钻孔引流的基础上运用中药治疗慢性硬脑膜下血肿的效果。方法:将102例慢性硬脑膜下血肿患者随机分为2组。治疗组52例行钻孔引流配合中药脑伤散Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号胶囊治疗,对照组行钻孔引流配合常规西药治疗。结果:治疗组平均住院天数较对照组短,血肿吸收时间较对照组快,治愈率较对照组高,2组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性硬脑膜下血肿优于西医治疗,提示活血化瘀及益气化滞中药有改善脑部微循环、降低毛细血管通透性、改善病灶局部血液循环、促使血肿吸收的作用。

Treatment of Chronic Subdural Hematoma by TCM Combined with Western Medicine: A Clinical Observation of 52 Cases

Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese drugs for chronic subdural hematoma (CSDH) after trepanation and drainage (TD). Methods: 102 Cases of CSDH were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The treatment group (52 cases) was treated by TD associated with Naoshang San Capsule No. 1 and 2, and the control group by TD associated with routine western medicine (WM). Results: The hospi-talization was shorter, the time of hematoma absorption was shorter and the curative rate was higher in the treatment group than the control group, the difference was significant ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: Treatment of CSDH by TCM combined with WM is superior to by WM alone. It is indicated that Chinese drugs with blood circulation - activating, blood - stasis - removing, qi - benefiting and stagnation -dispersing actions can improve cerebral microcirculation, decrease capillary premeability, improve focal blood circulation and promote absorption of hematoma.
