| 摘 要： | 本实验用放免方法,对70名OLP患者(男性13名,行经女性34名,绝经女性23名)进行血浆皮质醇含量检测,并选33名健康人员作对照组,分3组进行对照比较。结果OLP男性组和行经女性组皮质醇含量略低于对照组,绝经女性组皮质醇含量略高于对照组。差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果不支持OLP发病可能与肾上腺皮质功能不足有关的假想。 |

| Abstract: | The content of serum hydrocortison was determined with radioimmunoassy method in 70 patients with oral Lichen Planus (OLP) , including 13 males, 34 females with menstruation, and 23 women after manopause, with 30 persons selected as the controls. Contents of serum hydrocortison in the male and the female OLP (with menstruation) groups were slightly lower [than that of the control group, while content in the female group after manopause was a little more higher than that of the controls.The difference was not significant (P>0.05). These results didn't support the hypothesis that pathogenesis of OLP was likely related to low cortico-adrenal function. |
