摘    要:
【目的 探讨神经肽Y (Neuropeptide Y, NPY)和血管活性肠肽( vasocative intestinal peptide, VIP)在肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤组织中的表达与肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的关系。 方法 采用免疫组化SP法和图像分析技术对8例正常肾上腺组织20例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤中NPY和VIP进行检测。结果 免疫组织化学结果显示, NPY,VIP在肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤中阳性细胞面积、灰度与正常肾上腺组织比较差异有显著性(P <0.01)。NPY,VIP与尿儿茶酚胺(catecholamine,CA)存在正相关关系。结论 NPY,VIP在肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤发生发展中可能有重要意义,可能代表肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的分子基础,这可能是治疗和诊断AMH新的靶点。【关键词】肾上腺肿瘤 嗜铬细胞瘤 神经肽Y 血管活性肠肽


Expression and Correlation of NPY and VIP in Adrenal Pheochromocytoma
Abstract:
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of Neuropeptide Y and vasocative intestinal peptide in adrenals and adrenal Pheochromocytoma. Methods NPY and VIP were detected by immunohistochemical technique (SP method) and image analysis in 8 cases of normal adrenal, 20 cases of adrenal Pheochromocytoma . Results The Positive cell area and gray scale in adrenal Pheochromocytoma group were higher than those in common adrenal group (P <0.01). There also was a positive correlation between NPY,VIP and catecholamine hormone secretory activity in adrenal Pheochromocytoma . Conclusions NPY、VIP may play an important role in the pathogenesis and the development of adrenal Pheochromocytoma . NPY and VIP are functional and may represent the molecular basis of adrenal Pheochromocytoma, as well as a potential new target for the diagnosis and therapy of adrenal Pheochromocytoma.
