| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨食管神经内分泌癌的临床病理特点及预后。方法 :对 6例食管神经内分泌癌进行光镜观察 ,加做组化嗜银染色及免疫组化NSE、CgA、Keratin染色。结果 :不同分化程度的神经内分泌癌其病理特点及生物学行为有区别。结论 :食管神经内分泌癌预后与不同的组织类型密切相关 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of neuroendocrine carcinoma.Methods:To observe 6 Cases of neuroendocrine carcinoma of esophagus with Optic microscope and to stain all the slides with histochemical (Gerimelius stain) and immunohistochemical staining NSE,CgA and keration.Results: Neuroendocrine carcinoma of esophagus is mostly found in the age over fifty,its main symptoms are dysphalgia and pain in swallowing.There are distinctions according to the pathologic and biological behavior of varying degrees of differentiation of neuroendocrine carcinoma.Conclusions:The prognosis of neuroendocrine carcinoma is closely related to its different histological types. |
