黄山市血吸虫病传播阻断地区重点区域螺情调查

摘    要:
目的 目的 探索山丘型血吸虫病传播阻断地区新的监测方法, 以考核县 (区) 监测工作质量。方法 方法 抽调血吸虫病防治机构技术骨干组成螺情调查小组, 每年分别对黄山市1~3个县 (区) 的重点、 可疑地区采用随机抽样结合环境抽查法开展螺情专项调查。结果 结果 1997-2013年全市共完成21个县 (区)、 38个乡 (镇)、 118个行政村螺情专项调查, 共查出有螺乡(镇) 7个、 行政村10个, 有螺环境数18个, 有螺面积10.91 hm2。 结论 结论 黄山市血吸虫病传播阻断地区仍有少量有螺面积,必须加强监测。抽调血防机构技术骨干组成查螺专业队, 能提高螺情监测的质量。

Abstract:
Objective To explore a new monitoring method for schistosomiasis transmission interrupted areas,so as to evaluate the monitoring results in counties(districts)to improve the quality. Methods Specialized technicians were selected as survey teams to investigate the status of Oncomelania hupensis snails with the random sampling method combined with environmental sampling method every year from 1997 to 2013. Results From 1997 to 2013,118 villages of 38 townships of 21 counties were investigated for the snail status,and there were 18 environments with snails in 10 townships of 7 counties. The snail area was 10.91 hm 2. Conclusion There are still small snail areas. Therefore,the snail monitoring should still be strengthened by specialized technicians.
