摘    要:目的研究仙人掌的化学成分。方法应用多种柱色谱方法进行分离和纯化,NMR和MS等波谱解析化学结构。结果从仙人掌肉质茎的乙醇提取物中分离出5个化合物,其结构鉴定为:4羟基苯乙酮(1),L(-)苹果酸1丁酯(2),piceine(3),草夹竹桃苷(4),3′,5′二甲氧基4′OβD吡喃葡萄糖基桂皮酸(5)。结论化合物1、3、4、5均为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物2为实验中生成的新化合物。

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents of Opuntia dillenii Haw.Methods Many kinds of chromatography methods were used in the isolation procedure,while the structures of isolated compounds were determined on the aids of NMR and MS spectral analysis.Result Five compounds were isolated,and identified as 4-hydroxyaceophenone(1),1-butyl-(L)-malate(2),piceine(3),androsine(4),3′,5′-dimethoxy-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-cinnamic acid(5),respectively.Conclusion Compound 2 is a new artifical compound which has not been reported before.And compound 1,3,4,5 were obtained for the first time from the genus of Opuntia.
